About this role
Oversee BTS Technical Operations Services, including managing staff, setting budgets and priorities, and ensuring long-term systems and hardware plans support business objectives. Collaborate with senior leaders and strategic suppliers to execute department activities and improve outcomes.

- Oversee department staff including hiring, performance management, and career development
- Develop budgets and priorities and align resource allocations to organizational goals
- Determine long-term systems and hardware needs to meet business objectives
- Analyze departmental needs to establish priorities for feasibility studies, systems design, and implementation
- Own plans and activities with senior leaders inside and outside IT and with strategic suppliers
Technical Overview
