Vice President, BTS Technical Operations Services

Oversee BTS Technical Operations Services, including managing staff, setting budgets and priorities, and ensuring long-term systems and hardware plans support business objectives. Collaborate with senior leaders and strategic suppliers to execute department activities and improve outcomes.

• Oversee department staff including hiring, performance management, and career development
• Develop budgets and priorities and align resource allocations to organizational goals
• Determine long-term systems and hardware needs to meet business objectives
• Analyze departmental needs to establish priorities for feasibility studies, systems design, and implementation
• Own plans and activities with senior leaders inside and outside IT and with strategic suppliers

Focuses on enterprise IT operations leadership: planning feasibility studies, guiding systems design and implementation, and managing resource allocations and supplier relationships. Provides process and business expertise to drive results across internal IT and external vendors.

The ideal candidate is an executive-level IT leader with 15+ years of related IT experience and proven staff management experience, including hiring, performance management, and career development. They can set budgets and priorities, assess long-term systems and hardware needs, and partner with senior leaders and strategic suppliers to deliver organizational results.
