About this role
This role serves as a strategic Chief of Staff supporting the COO Americas for Mobility and Corporate Payments, driving alignment and execution across multiple business units. It enhances decision-making and operating rigor through executive governance, leadership team cadence, and synthesized reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate strategic planning and ensure functional leaders execute priorities
- Direct line of sight across KPIs and organizational health, financial targets, talent development, customer satisfaction, market presence & competitor analysis, and innovation agenda
- Engage Americas leadership in collaborative conversations around performance, opportunities, challenges, and inter-dependencies
- Present complex data in synthesized, decision-ready format for rapid executive decisions
- Represent the COO, Americas externally as requested
Technical Overview
