- Develop and execute a comprehensive Data Center market strategy
- Lead go/no-go decisions and establish capture strategies for major pursuits
- Lead client engagement from early positioning through contract execution and handover to operations
- Direct pursuit strategy, value proposition development, and contract negotiation approach
- Oversee proposal strategy, messaging, financial positioning, and risk management

The technical scope is domain expertise in hyperscale/colocation/enterprise clients, procurement strategies, capital drivers, technology trends, and competitive positioning to drive capture and proposal execution.
