Video Editor role for Caesars Entertainment’s internal creative agency, The Source, supporting post-production in Las Vegas. The editor collaborates with the Creative Director and cross-functional creatives to produce compelling content across multiple brands, bringing creative ideas around storytelling, pacing, music, and emotional impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit compelling video content for Caesars brands
- Collaborate with Creative Director/ACD and creative teams to refine storytelling
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Interpret scripts and briefs and contribute creative input (music, pacing, tone)
- Apply strong organization and detail-focused post-production workflow
Technical Overview
Post-production video editing using Adobe Premiere and Adobe Creative Cloud, with emphasis on pacing and storytelling. Preferred familiarity with motion graphics via After Effects and interest in AI-assisted workflows; edits span broadcast, digital, and social formats.

The ideal candidate is a mid-level video editor with 3+ years of professional video editing experience and strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere and Adobe Creative Cloud. They bring a creative point of view—focused on pacing, storytelling, music, and emotional impact—while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced post-production environment.
