About this role
Video Producer Intern to support Twilio's video production and multimedia team across the full production lifecycle from pre-production planning to on-set coordination and editing, with broad exposure to production workflows in a fast-paced tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and manage video production projects
- Coordinate logistics between stakeholders, vendors, and creative teams
- Maintain production schedules and asset libraries
- Draft briefs and status updates
- Identify bottlenecks and risks
Technical Overview
Hands-on involvement with video production pipelines, asset management, and live event execution; tools include Airtable, Bynder, Asana, Notion, Google Workspace; emphasis on organizational and independent work capabilities.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a current student in film/television or related fields with hands-on exposure to video production tools and workflows, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
