About this role
Remote Virtual Account Manager role supporting business continuity across open territories by maintaining existing accounts and providing product/fitting support. You will deliver training (virtual or in-person), coordinate with internal teams, and ensure accurate documentation and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and support existing accounts in assigned open territories
- Provide virtual or in-person training on product fittings and software
- Partner with Inside Sales, Trainers, Regional Directors, and Key Account Managers
- Document all customer interactions and follow-ups in Salesforce
- Represent the brand at events and manage administrative tasks like expense and compliance documentation
Technical Overview
This is a customer-facing role centered on hearing-instrument technology and clinical practices, including training on product fittings and software. It uses Salesforce for logging customer interactions, trainings, and follow-ups.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has experience supporting customers with hearing-related products and understands hearing-instrument technology, fittings, and clinical practices. They can deliver virtual or in-person training, manage open territories as an interim owner, document activities in Salesforce, and coordinate with Inside Sales, Trainers, Regional Directors, and Key Account Managers.
