Key Responsibilities

Administrate, implement, maintain, and optimize all Virtualization systems including CVAD; Manage policy in Citrix, Active Directory, Intune, Ivanti AppSense, and Island Enterprise Browser; Second-line escalation for Citrix incidents; Monitor CVAD components (Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, VDAs, NetScaler/ADC, Citrix Cloud); Review and approve access requests enforcing least-privilege.

Technical Overview

Deep Citrix CVAD environment expertise with NetScaler/ADC, Citrix Cloud, and image management; strong Windows/Microsoft stack experience (AD, Intune, Windows 365); scripting with PowerShell and patch/lifecycle management.

The ideal candidate is a mid-level system administrator with 3+ years of Citrix CVAD experience, strong PowerShell scripting, and hands-on management of Intune, AD, and Citrix components to deliver secure virtual desktops and apps.
