About this role
The Volunteer Operations Program Specialist strengthens volunteer community operations by analyzing volunteer lifecycle data and delivering actionable program insights. The role partners across Volunteer Operations, Product & Engineering (“Build”), and Analytics to track KPIs, evaluate initiatives, and improve reporting and dashboard capabilities using Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze volunteer lifecycle data to identify trends and bottlenecks
- Track platform performance and key program KPIs with regular reporting
- Evaluate programs, pilots, and initiatives and measure impact
- Create real-time, actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders
- Partner with Data and Analytics to define dashboard requirements using Salesforce data and dashboards
