VP, Data & AI, Commercial Analytics leads global data & AI product initiatives for Estee Lauder’s pricing, promotions, and retail analytics, aligning strategy with financial impact and governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Define multi-year data & AI product vision and roadmap
- Lead global Data & AI Product Managers
- Partner with Finance, Regions, Commercial, Brand, and Retail leaders
- Manage pricing, promotion, and retail data ecosystems
- Measure ROI and drive enterprise adoption
Technical Overview
Executive-level data strategy with emphasis on pricing, elasticity, forecasting, and AI-enabled decisioning; oversight of ERP SAP, POS, and syndicated data; governance and ROI measurement.
Ideal Candidate
A seasoned data & AI leader with 15+ years in pricing, promotions, and retail analytics, capable of building and leading a global team to deliver data-driven pricing and retail strategies with measurable ROI.
