The VP will define and lead Mosaic's EMR data strategy while building strategic alliances with enterprise EHR vendors and health system partners. The role owns the roadmap for structured clinical data access and ensures data agreements, interoperability decisions, and integrations align with long-term strategy.

This is an EMR data interoperability and integration strategy leadership role. It includes evaluating FHIR-enabled platforms and HIEs, structuring data use agreements and API partnerships, and partnering with Product and Engineering to operationalize data access into implemented integrations.

The ideal candidate is an executive-level leader who has defined and driven EMR (Electronic Medical Record) data strategies and built enterprise alliances with major EHR vendors such as Epic and Oracle Health/Cerner. They are highly skilled in negotiating data use agreements and API partnerships, translating data strategy into implemented integrations with Product and Engineering, and advising leadership on FHIR, HIE, and interoperability landscape decisions.
