About this role
Kore.ai seeks a VP of Product Management for AI for Work (AI4W) to lead strategy, development, and growth of AI-powered productivity and workflow solutions. This is an end-to-end, customer-facing role owning the product lifecycle from identifying customer problems through scaling solutions for measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own AI4W product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Drive P&L accountability for AI4W including revenue, adoption, and profitability
- Identify high-impact use cases across Sales, HR, Engineering, Support
- Engage directly with enterprise customers and run discovery workshops
- Translate customer problems into product requirements, use cases, and solution architectures
Technical Overview
The role focuses on defining AI4W product vision and roadmap, translating enterprise customer workflows and pain points into product requirements, use cases, and solution architectures. It also includes P&L accountability and go-to-market alignment for scalable AI product differentiation (e.g., copilots, productivity tools, workflow platforms).
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an executive product leader who owns the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI productivity and workflow solutions (AI4W). They bring strong product strategy and roadmap experience, demonstrate P&L accountability, and have deep enterprise customer engagement skills to translate customer problems into scalable requirements and solution architectures.
