About this role
This role is responsible for driving new equity plan administration business across a designated territory. You will build and close pipelines for large public and pre-IPO companies, develop a long-term acquisition strategy, and coordinate negotiations and contracting with internal and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and close a pipeline of large public and pre-IPO companies
- Cultivate executive relationships across finance, legal, HR, and stock plan administration
- Execute a strategic, long-term acquisition plan for prospects
- Identify and advance multi-practice prospects across equity compensation, 401k, deferred compensation, and wealth management
- Lead prospect negotiations and ensure accurate contracting in coordination with partners
Technical Overview
This position is sales-focused with no stated technology stack. The work centers on sales analytics (sales data and performance metrics), customer-facing presentations, negotiations, and multi-practice solutions spanning equity compensation and retirement/wealth needs.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record developing and closing pipelines for large public and pre-IPO companies within equity plan administration or adjacent compensation/wealth offerings. They have strong relationships with finance, legal, HR, and stock plan administration executives and can drive a long-term acquisition strategy while delivering persuasive sales presentations and negotiating contracts.
