Warehouse Coordinator (I/II/III) role supporting capital and operational projects by ensuring materials and equipment are available, accurate, and delivered on time. Responsibilities include purchasing coordination, expediting materials, tracking inventory and purchase orders, verifying deliveries (purchase orders and packing slips), and maintaining secure and well-organized warehouse/laydown yards.
Key Responsibilities
- Purchase and coordinate delivery of equipment, materials, supplies, and services
- Coordinate and expedite material flow for capital and operational projects
- Track inventory levels, purchase orders, and maintain accurate material availability
- Operate forklifts or telehandlers and verify received items against purchase orders and packing slips
- Support Inventory Committee with insights to improve inventory metrics and ensure warehouse/laydown security
