Warehouse Coordinator, Inventory Management

The Senior Coordinator, Inventory Management analyzes current inventory and resolves inbound discrepancies to improve the operational efficiency of pharmacy warehouse operations. The role validates inbound shipments, manages electronic orders, creates inventory reports and forecasts, and leads regular cycle counts.

• Receives inbound products and checks packing slips
• Enters and validates product data and releases product
• Develops inventory forecasts based on demand and shipment speeds
• Places electronic orders and communicates with manufacturers
• Conducts regular cycle counts and validates count data

This role focuses on inventory data accuracy using a database to validate inbound product data, run inventory reports, and support forecasting and stocking optimization. It includes ongoing analysis of slow/fast movers and expiration date data, plus cycle-count execution via count lists and data validation.

The ideal candidate is a senior warehouse/inventory professional experienced with pharmacy warehouse operations, inbound receiving, and resolving inbound discrepancies. They are strong with inventory reporting and forecasting, and they can lead regular cycle counts with high accuracy.
