About this role
This role supervises daily warehouse operations, including planning work based on shipments, store orders, perishability, and stock rotation. You will manage crew and equipment scheduling, oversee receiving and loading activities, and ensure inventory control and compliance with SOX receiving requirements while maintaining safety and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan warehouse operations based on shipments and store orders
- Run EXE warehouse management system and adjust COM system for store orders
- Schedule and assign crew and equipment to meet daily volume
- Supervise truck loading, order selecting and receiving
- Maintain compliant warehouse inventories and SOX receiving requirements
Technical Overview
You will use the EXE warehouse management system and apply COM system adjustments for store orders. The role requires analysis of business KPI's and cost performance data, along with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint to support administrative and operational reporting.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced warehouse supervisor with 3-5 years of warehousing experience and strong inventory and receiving oversight, including SOX receiving requirements. They can plan daily warehouse operations, manage crew and equipment schedules, and drive continuous improvement using KPI and cost performance analysis.
