You will interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, P&IDs, and weld procedures to determine job requirements and proper weld processes. The technical scope includes operating SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, and oxy-fuel cutting equipment, working to approved Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), and completing welding documentation and quality records.

The ideal candidate is a certified welder familiar with refinery maintenance work, able to perform welding and metal fabrication on fixed equipment and piping systems. They can interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and P&IDs, and operate SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, and oxy-fuel cutting equipment in accordance with Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS).
