About this role
Directs and coordinates detailed weekly schedules for all corrective and preventative maintenance, surveillance, post-maintenance tests, and modifications. Ensures online risk, technical specifications, and CEC procedures are followed during execution week and oversees cross-department collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate detailed schedule development for the assigned work week
- Direct the scheduled execution ensuring compliance with Technical Specifications and Maintenance Rule
- Provide direction to department planners, schedulers, and Project Managers
- Direct priority emergent work for the week
- Coach, mentor, and develop other members
Technical Overview
Leads scheduling and execution within nuclear plant operations, with preference for Senior Reactor Operator experience, engineering background, and supervisory capabilities to manage outages and maintenance programs.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-to-senior mechanical/nuclear engineer with 6+ years of scheduling and outage planning experience, a Senior Reactor Operator license, and strong leadership skills to direct weekly maintenance and outage activities onsite.
