About this role
Acts as a Workday HCM and HRIS analyst, partnering with HR and IT to optimize Workday usage, configurations, interfaces, and reporting. Manages production support and upgrades, ensuring data integrity and alignment with strategic HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop trusted relationships with HR/IT stakeholders
- Manage Workday configurations and upgrades
- Design and maintain interfaces
- Create and maintain reports (Power BI, SSRS, Crystal Reports)
- Conduct data audits and ensure data integrity
Technical Overview
Focus on Workday HCM configuration, EIB interfaces, and reporting via Power BI, SSRS, and Crystal Reports; involves data governance, testing, and cross-system interoperability.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior Workday HCM specialist with 5+ years HRIS/IT experience and at least 2 years of Workday configuration, capable of production support, interfaces, and reporting. They should have strong communication, project management, and HR process improvement skills, and be comfortable working remotely.
