About this role
Workday HCM Implementation Lead (remote/virtual) partnering with clients to translate requirements into Workday HCM solutions. The role configures and deploys Workday functionality, builds reports and dashboards, supports testing and data conversion, and trains end users while also assisting pre-sales activities.

- Design and build Workday reports and dashboards
- Support client and data conversion teams and integration teams

Technical Overview
The technical scope centers on Workday HCM Core plus one of Recruiting, Compensation, or Payroll, including configuration and module deployment. Work involves building Workday reports and dashboards, supporting integrations between Workday and other systems, assisting with data conversion, and participating in system testing and end-user training.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a Workday HCM Implementation Lead with 3+ years of lead or co-lead experience across at least two full lifecycle Workday HCM implementation projects. They hold Workday HCM Core certification plus one of Compensation, Payroll, or Recruiting, and can configure modules, design reports and dashboards, support data conversion and integration, and deliver end-user training.
