About this role
Workday HCM Implementation Lead partners with clients to gather requirements, design and configure Workday HCM solutions, build reports and dashboards, support data conversion and integrations, train end users, and contribute to pre-sales activities.

- Partner with clients to translate business requirements into Workday solutions
- Configure and deploy Workday functionality and modules
- Design and build reports and dashboards

- End-user training and system testing
Technical Overview

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a Workday Consultant with 3+ years in leading Workday implementations, holding Workday HCM Core and at least one of Compensation, Payroll, or Recruiting certifications, and strong client engagement skills.
