About this role
This role is responsible for documenting, supporting, improving, and training users and teams on Workday IT and business processes. The analyst resolves tickets, supports major Workday releases with regression testing, and maintains audit-ready change management documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve Workday tickets and requests within agreed time frames while analyzing trends
- Provide advanced technical and functional support across multiple Workday SKUs
- Develop new Workday configurations and implement solutions
- Support major Workday releases and lead regression testing
- Maintain accurate change management documentation for audit controls
