This role supports the daily operations of the Sunrise Workday platform by handling user inquiries, logging and escalating issues, and performing testing for updates and releases. You will also maintain documentation and support training/onboarding for Workday users across HR, Finance, and Payroll.

  • Serve as first point of contact for Workday-related inquiries (access navigation reporting)
  • Log track and escalate system issues
  • Assist in testing Workday updates releases and enhancements execute test scripts document results validate functionality

They can provide first-point user support across HR, Finance, and Payroll, execute system testing with test scripts, ensure data integrity, maintain strong documentation, and partner with HR/Payroll/Finance/IT stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
