Senior Workday Time & Absence product management role focused on global HRIS standardization, operational efficiency, and scalable People Technology solutions. The candidate will own configuration, testing, and reporting for Time Tracking and Absence in a global Workday environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the Workday Time Tracking and Absence SME
- Lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hyper-care
- Design and maintain Time & Absence reports and dashboards
- Configure and maintain Business Processes, condition rules, and security
- Ensure compliance and release readiness with Workday updates
Technical Overview
Hands-on Workday HRIS with deep expertise in Time Tracking and Absence Management, plus strong knowledge of integration with Payroll, security, and reporting. Responsible for end-to-end delivery, testing, documentation, and release adoption.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced HRIS professional with strong Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management expertise, 8+ years in Workday HRIS, and a track record supporting global Workday environments.
