Rippling’s PEO Workers’ Compensation Customer Specialist supports the workers’ compensation offering by handling inbound inquiries and processing claims. The role collaborates with insurers and internal teams to service customers and improve post-bind processes.

  • Assist in administration and processing of workers' compensation claims
  • Serve as point of contact for admins regarding claims
  • Coordinate with insurance and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain and update claim records
  • Prepare reports on claims data and trends

Focus on workers’ compensation claims administration, data management in Rippling and HRIS systems, and Excel-based reporting. Requires knowledge of workers’ compensation laws and cross-functional teamwork.
