Analyses historical staffing data to identify trends and create forecasts to optimize staffing resources in the patient services domain. Produces reports, dashboards, and process maps to communicate findings and drive staffing decisions.

Technical Overview
Focus on data analysis, forecasting, and dashboarding using Excel, Tableau, COGNOS, and Power BI. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and experience with Six Sigma/Lean concepts.

The ideal candidate is a mid-level business analyst with 3+ years of analytical experience in workforce management or forecasting, and strong data-analysis skills using Tableau/COGNOS/Power BI.
