About this role
The Workiva Configuration Specialist will configure, maintain, and optimize Workiva (Wdesk) environments to support financial, compliance, and reporting processes, collaborating with finance, audit, and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workiva environments
- Build and manage reports (SEC, ESG, financial reporting)
- Design workflows, permissions, and document templates
- Integrate Workiva with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Train internal stakeholders on best practices
Technical Overview
Focus on configuring Workiva environments, building SEC/ESG/financial reports, designing workflows and templates, and integrating Workiva with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) using data integrations and APIs.
