About this role
KIND is seeking a Workplace Operations Manager, Systems & Assets to own the lifecycle of workplace assets and systems, maintain asset records, manage vendor relationships, and provide training and support across the organization. The role is remote and entails working with HR, IT, and operations to streamline processes and improve asset efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the lifecycle of all workplace assets
- Maintain backend administration for workplace apps and platforms
- Supervise the Workplace Operations Coordinator – Asset Support
- Ensure asset data accuracy, audit readiness, and reporting
- Develop SOPs and provide organization-wide training on assets and systems
Technical Overview
Focus on asset management and workplace platforms (Microsoft 365, Zoom, Adobe, ShareFile). Responsibilities include backend admin, asset lifecycle, onboarding/offboarding, SOPs, training, and reporting.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced operations professional with 2+ years in asset management, adept at managing workplace systems and vendor relationships, strong documentation and training skills, and able to work in a remote nonprofit environment.
