About this role
ZIP Administrator to manage, configure, and support the Zip Procurement/Intake-to-Pay platform. Responsible for workflows, approvals, vendor onboarding, and ERP integrations across procurement and finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer Zip platform configuration
- Create and manage intake forms and request workflows
- Configure approval routing and business rules
- Maintain user roles, permissions, and access controls
- Support integrations with ERP (NetSuite, SAP, etc.) and testing/deployments
Technical Overview
Platform stack includes Zip Procurement Platform with ERP integrations (NetSuite, SAP), Coupa, Ariba; focus on workflow configuration, integration testing, and operational documentation.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level ERP/Procurement systems administrator with 3+ years of experience, proficient with Zip Procurement Platform and ERP integrations, and strong stakeholder communication. They should excel at configuring workflows, managing approvals, vendor onboarding, and driving data-driven insights across Finance and Procurement.
