About this role
This role supports Zone and District initiatives by providing administrative support to Zone Directors, including information distribution, operational data reporting, and compliance follow-through. You will also coordinate meetings and travel and serve as the Zone contact for Compensation and Payroll administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as contact for company policies and information
- Ensure store and district compliance to company policies and operating directives
- Monitor FIDO and follow up with districts/stores as needed
- Analyze and interpret operational data and identify exceptions for Zone Director
- Coordinate reports, business correspondence, travel/lodging, and compensation/payroll administrative tasks
Technical Overview
The technical scope is primarily administrative-system usage, including monitoring FIDO and producing recurring operational reports and trackers for Zone leadership. It also includes processing compensation-related paperwork such as salary workup requests, C&B requests, LOAs, and vacation requests.

The ideal candidate is an entry-level administrative professional who supports Zone and District initiatives for a retail organization. They are detail-oriented and capable of analyzing operational data, producing accurate reports, ensuring compliance, and handling Zone Compensation and Payroll administrative tasks.
